Agreeing to These Terms

If you engage Makyn for a project, that engagement will typically be governed by a separate signed agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement). Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Ownership of any work product created for a specific client engagement is governed by that engagement's signed agreement, not by these Terms.
Fictional Content Disclaimer
The example demo environments referenced or linked from this Site — including any associated company names, personas, data, and scenarios — are fictional and created for illustrative purposes only. Any resemblance to real organizations, individuals, or datasets is coincidental. These examples are provided to demonstrate Makyn's engineering capabilities and are not representative of any real client's data or business.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Updates and Applicable Law
